CCS provides counselling, education and information to strengthen the emotional wellness of individuals, families and the community. It is a joint program of the Town of St. Paul FCSS, the County FCSS and Mental Health Services. Professional counselling sessions are subsidized for Town residents by the Town FCSS and by the County FCSS for County residents. Rates are based on family size and net income to provide affordable services.
