The Community Services Department is made up of Family and Community Support Services (FCSS), Municipal Enforcement and Culture, Parks and Recreation.

FCSS is a partnership between the Town of St. Paul and the Province of Alberta and provides preventative social programming with the help of

Culture, Parks and Recreation maintains facilities and delivers a wide range of programs to suit the needs of the community.

Municipal Enforcement provides by-law services including nuisance properties, animal control, traffic control and other town related by-laws.
