The variety of recreation facilities offered in St. Paul includes two indoor ice arenas, an indoor swimming pool, a recreation centre/6 sheet curling rink, 14 soccer fields, 15 community parks, 2 tennis courts, 2 sports fields, and 8 ball diamonds.

Iron Horse Trail

Alberta's Iron Horse Trail is part of the Trans Canada Trail and offers 300 km's of trail ranging from boreal forest, to parkland, to farmland.
Wildlife, scenery, historic buildings and farmsteads will give you a glimpse of the rich tapestry that is Northeastern Alberta.
Be prepared, bear, moose, deer, coyotes, badgers and other wildlife can be spotted along the trail.
A variety of users include hikers, cyclists, horseback riders, wagoneers, ATV and snowmobiles. Sorry...no dirt bikes allowed on the trail.

Minor Hockey

The purpose of the Association is to provide boys and girls aged 4 to 17 the opportunity to learn and play the game of hockey in an organized and safe manner. For more information and a schedule of ice time check out our website.

Overnight Trailer Park

The Overnight Trailer Campground is open from May 15 to September 23.  The RV Park is located in town right next to the RCMP station.  The address is 4800 - 55 St.  The following is a list of services the park has:

Iron Horse Trail Campground

The Iron Horse Trail Campground is located at 4012 53 Ave.  The campground is opened from May 15 to October 13.  It has 82 stalls with power, water, sewer, washer, dryer and shower facilities.  44 Stalls have fire pits and tables.  Internet is provided and there is firewood available for purchase.  Large fish pond will be opened to the public for fishing for trout daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm commencing May long weekend.  Trailer park is located north of St. Paul Coop mall, beside soccer fields.

Visual Arts

The Visual Arts Centre is where creative minds go to meet. Courses available to people of all ages, sketching, making soap and tai chi. The Annual Christmas Arts and Crafts sale is held annually the first Saturday in December. Art Exhibits and shows occur throughout the year and the gallery is open to view or purchase works of art, every Wednesday from 10 am to 3 pm. Come on in!
