The Town/County of St. Paul, Town of Elk Point and Summer Village of Horseshoe Bay have had designated staff take the training on the operation of the system, and it’s overall development of the site. They have the potential to degrade habitiats, reduce biodiversity, increase erosion, cause widlfires, reduce property value, create obstacles to international trade and cause reduction in productivity of agricultural land.
