Looking for a fun way to get rid of those winter blues? Or maybe you're looking to give a boost to your New Year's resolution? The St. Paul & District Arts Foundation is offering 4 weeks of lunchtime/evening classes from January 10th to February 2nd.
We have SO MANY OPTIONS, so that there is guaranteed the best program for YOU!!
Introductions to Pilates Series - a system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture while enhancing mental awareness.
Wednesdays 12:10 to 12:55pm or Wednesdays from 7:00-8:00 pm
Adult Ballet Barre Series - technical class that takes place at the ballet barre, and focuses on posture and mobility. There is no experience required for this class.
Wednesdays 8:00 - 9:00 pm OR Thrusdays 12:10-12:55 pm
Adult Jazzercise Stretch and Strength Series - cardio, stretch, and strength class to fun upbeat music
Thursday 7:00-8:00 pm OR Fridays 12:10-12:55 pm
Take any class series for $60.00. Take any 2 of the class series for $100.00
Take 3 series for only $120. (That's only $10.00 a class!!!)

ANNA PRATCH (instructor) - comes from St. Paul, Alberta. She started taking Ballet at the age of 4, and she's never stopped dancing since. Anna continues to train and perform in Edmonton with Toy Guns Dance Theatre, and has also been working intensively to learn and teach Pilates in the past 3 years. She is very excited to be bringing her knowledge back to St. Paul, so you can begin living a happier and healthier life!
