Event: Adult Pilates Workout (ages 15+)
Introductions to Pilates Series - system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture while enhancing mental awareness.
Monday 7:30 - 8:30 PM. We will follow our full year season yearly calendar.
Ages 15+ and no experience is necessary.
And all you need is some clothes you can move in, water bottle and a positive attitude!
Full term classes are prorated (membership required - $25)
Punch card $120 for 9 classes
Drop in $15 per class
Membership is $25 and is good till July 31, 2019.
We guarantee that this will be a great way to finish your day, and these classes will definitely spark a happy and healthy change in your day to day life.
